Booking Procedure

1. Once you have decided to book your treatment call us with the dates you have in mind for travel, we will then check available appointment times with the clinic and confirm that these dates are suitable.
   
   
2. Once you have booked your flights we can then confirm your appointment at the clinic and also arrange your choice of hotel accommodation and airport transfers if required.
   
   
3. You will then receive your itinerary by email detailing your appointment times and your travel arrangements.
   
   
4. When you arrive our English speaking driver will collect you from the airport and take you to your hotel or dental surgery (depending on the time of your arrival). Your Patient Coordinator will be there to meet you, arrange any further
   appointments and provide transport between your accommodation and the dental clinic.
   
   
5. Once your treatment is completed our driver will then collect you from your Hotel and take you to the airport.
   
   
6. Once back at home you then have the reassurance of our guarantee and also when required a check up with your dental surgeon in either London, Dublin or Manchester.
